Atland Containers, provides container delivery services across Australia. We offer standard and express delivery options depending on your location, container availability, and delivery requirements.

1. Shipping Options

Standard Delivery $150

Our standard delivery service is estimated at 7–10 business days.

Cost: $150

Standard delivery is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry and prefer a cost-effective delivery option.

Express Delivery $450

Our express delivery service is estimated at 2–3 business days.

Cost: $450

Express delivery is designed for customers who require their container sooner. Express delivery is subject to product availability, transport capacity, location and suitable delivery access.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Container availability
  • Transport availability
  • Weather and road conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Delivery access
  • Unexpected transport or logistical delays

The delivery timeframe begins once the order has been confirmed and the required payment has been received.

3. Delivery Address

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and relevant contact details when placing an order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable and accessible for the delivery vehicle.

Please ensure there is:

  • Adequate road access
  • Sufficient clearance
  • Suitable ground conditions
  • Adequate space for unloading and placement
  • No overhead or underground hazards that could affect delivery

4. Delivery Access

If our delivery vehicle cannot safely access the nominated location, we may be unable to complete delivery.

Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply where:

  • Access is unsuitable
  • The delivery location has changed
  • The customer is unavailable
  • The site is not prepared
  • Special equipment is required
  • Delivery must be rescheduled due to customer-related circumstances

We will contact you where possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

5. Express Delivery Conditions

Express delivery is subject to availability and confirmation by Atland Containers.

The 2–3 business day timeframe is an estimated delivery period and is not guaranteed where circumstances outside our reasonable control affect transportation.

Before selecting express delivery, we recommend confirming product availability and delivery location with our team.

6. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the container as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If you notice significant damage or an issue with your delivery, please contact us promptly and provide photographs or other relevant information so that we can investigate.

7. Delivery Delays

While we work to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, transport disruptions, mechanical issues, supply delays or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays to affected customers.
